Hey, I'm Alaska.
I used to have this 'dream life'. I was a DJ and Interior Designer, living in Berlin. I had an amazing relationship, a beautiful apartment, the success I'd dreamt of, a dreamy instagram feed and by all metrics, a 'perfect' life.
But the truth was, I was deeply in struggle.
My 'beautiful' relationship was toxic - with mismatched values and visions for the future. I was living trapped in my mind, disconnected from my body and my performative §ex life was a sad reflection of that. I was the strong one who always showed up for everyone else - over-functioning, over-giving - never truly being met in that same way in return. I had built success in my careers, but I felt burnt out and as though there was this glass ceiling that capped me from reaching the true levels of success and financial abundance I deeply desired. I had created this 'amazing' (looking) life, but felt the quiet ache of knowing that it wasn't actually what I craved.
Then it all came crashing down with the pandemic.
Every single thing I once knew slipped away. My boyfriend of 3 years left for good. My mom went to bed one night and didn't wake up. My jobs evaporated overnight. The constant stress of my decaying relationship landed me in hospital with a bleeding ulcer that nearly cost me my life. It was a complete devastation.
I tried to wait it out, like I had in the past, but one day - I finally saw the undeniable truth. That if I ignored the message this heartbreak was here to teach me - I would end up back here in 5 years, ten years. Rinse, repeat. So instead of hiding, I decided that I would do everything in my power to ensure this heartbreak became the portal to my highest timeline.
To my NEXT LEVEL EXPANSION.
The next year was the most profound, challenging, confronting, inspiring season of my life - as I recalibrated to the woman I needed to become to step into the evolution I so deeply craved.
My heartbreak, and all it revealed - called me to heal on the deepest level. Working with my every fear, shame, insecurity, limiting belief, survival strategy, coping mechanism and distorted identity, so that I could finally be free of the recurring cycle of heartbreak, that I found mirrors of in every aspect of my life.

The connection to my body that would invite in sensuality, pleasure, desire and truth in ways I had never experienced. The liberation that allowed me to see my own beauty. The receptivity to receive it. The confidence and true power to hold all that it requires.

Together, we create and hold the vision. We focus our co-created energy on the realisation of your hearts deepest desires - alchemising the heartbreak + anything else that stands in the way of you fully becoming your truest, highest self - Her. In 70 minute sessions, we work at the level of the somatic body and nervous system, utilising experiential and somatic practises to create the powerful, life altering shifts. Specialised Embodiment Workshops
Our 1:1 work is supplemented with embodiment workshops, facilitated by Alaska or guest experts - which allow us to deep dive into alchemising the somatic contraction that has been long stored in our bodies through Sacred Movement or Somatic Emotional Release and Recalibration Practises. Before I joined Alaska's program, I had been struggling with accepting my true Self and my sexuality (religious trauma) and was also deeply struggling with letting go of a relationship that was draining me both mentally and energetically.
The way I described it was I had all of the 'elements' of the life I desired, but God had ran out of magic before we got finished.
