That being said, this work is best for a woman who is ready to make real change in her life. To show up fully to the alter of her desires, and to take responsibility for her life and her results.

The work we do here is incredibly deep and transformational, we will get to the root of your blockages, and create long lasting change. It is however, not a quick fix, and will require your dedication and trust in the process.

Practises tend to be between 5-30 minutes long, and should be completed 1-5 times a week. Of course, the more time and energy you focus on stepping into these new realities through your practises, the greater the benefits and transformation you will experience.

I am a women's coach and I welcome trans, non-binary, LGBTQIA+ individuals who identify as women to join in the work.  

From time to time, the language utilised in the portal videos may include more binary terms of explanation, however in 1:1 sessions, if certain terms do not feel inclusive/descriptive of your experience, we can happilly find terms that feel more compatible.
